Shipping policy
For online orders, we use SENDLE, a carbon-neutral and cost-effective service, with USPS handling the final leg of delivery. Customers who prefer UPS Ground will also have that option available at checkout.
If your product is currently in stock, we ship within 1-2 business days. You will receive an Order Confirmation email with all the relevant details after placing an order.
We ship internationally via:
- USPS First Class/Priority Mail
- UPS Worldwide Standard
📦 Delivery Estimate: 10-14 business days, depending on the destination country and selected shipping method.
The recipient is responsible for any tax and duty fees required by customs to release the package for delivery.
💡 Tip: When placing an international order, ensure the recipient’s phone number and email are included, and the shipping address is in English.
Print-on-Demand (POD) Items:

Separate Shipments: POD items are produced and shipped individually. If your order includes both POD and non-POD items, they will ship separately. Additionally, different POD items (e.g., a mug and a hat) may arrive in separate packages.
