Refund policy

If you’re not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help! All return and exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us at shop@brooklynfc.shop with:

• The reason for the return/exchange
• The item(s) being returned or exchanged

We will email you a return shipping label for your item(s).

All returned items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the packing slip

💡 Important: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Print-on-Demand (POD) Items:

• No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the customized nature of POD products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.

• Manufacturing Defects: If your POD item has a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will address the problem promptly.
