What is your return and exchange policy?
If you’re not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help! All return and exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us at shop@brooklynfc.shop with:
- The reason for the return/exchange
- The item(s) being returned or exchanged
We will email you a return shipping label for your item(s).

Refunds
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll initiate a refund to your original method of payment. If there’s any issue with the return, we’ll notify you via email.
⏳ Processing time: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
💰 Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be deducted from your refund.
What if my refund is late or missing?

Why doesnt my discount code work on my order?
One reason may be because the products in your cart may not be eligible for the discount. Discounts apply to fan gear only. Player kits are excluded from all promotional offers.
